Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of contact for customers, defining and driving success plans with measurable outcomes
- Network within customer accounts to ensure successful strategy execution and roadmap alignment
- Drive adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud products and provide insights to guide customers through maturity curves
Required Qualifications:
- Proven customer success background in a tech industry, ideally SaaS or digital marketing
- Experience with account planning and executive-level engagement and presentations
- Telecommunications industry experience highly preferred
- Prior experience with Adobe products is highly valued but not strictly required
