A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support and training for civil engineering software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical application support to users and assist in resolving complex issues
- Teach best practices for civil engineering software tools and produce training materials
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, conveying user feedback and requirements
Required Qualifications
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent training and experience
- 3+ years as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- 1-5 years of experience in road, rail, and site design preferred
- 3+ years of experience with relevant software such as OpenRoads Designer and AutoCAD
- Professional Engineering license is a bonus
