Lending Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lending Service Representative to manage title-related inquiries and provide exceptional service to members.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members through calls, texts, emails, and online banking regarding loan-related inquiries
• Conduct outbound calls to resolve outstanding tasks with members, vendors, and titling agencies
• Complete transaction maintenance requests and serve as a resource on state regulations for multi-state lending

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 2+ years of customer service experience is required
• 1+ year of experience in lending, loan processing, or a financial institution is required
