Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Representative - Auto (Bodily Injury).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate losses and identify coverage issues for first and third-party auto claims
• Negotiate and settle bodily injury claims, including total loss, fire, theft, and glass claims
• Maintain claim files and ensure compliance with best claim practice guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience handling injury claims
• Past experience in investigating coverage and writing coverage letters
• Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience handling litigated injury claims
• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• Proven record of top-tier performance ratings
