Key Responsibilities
- Handle account inquiries via inbound and outbound calls from patients and third parties

- Secure payment on outstanding account balances and document actions taken in the systems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of customer service experience in a relevant role
- Previous call center experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- Cable or fiber internet connection with specified speeds is necessary
