Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead strategic client relationships and drive SaaS platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive expansion revenue by generating $500K+ in net new ARR annually through upsells and strategic account growth
- Deliver best-in-class retention with 120%+ net revenue retention and 95%+ gross revenue retention
- Lead executive-level QBRs to highlight ROI, reinforce strategic alignment, and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role at a SaaS or tech-enabled company
- Proven track record of driving revenue expansion and managing strategic enterprise accounts
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with energy, ESG, or commercial real estate is a plus
