Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide support to members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with questions about pharmacy benefit plans through inbound calls
- Provide guidance on prescription coverage and mail-order prescriptions
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and government regulations while delivering excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in customer service roles such as call center, retail, or hospitality
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Previous pharmacy call center experience preferred
- Healthcare experience of 6+ months is a plus
