Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide support to members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist members with questions about pharmacy benefit plans through inbound calls
  • Provide guidance on prescription coverage and mail-order prescriptions
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and government regulations while delivering excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service roles such as call center, retail, or hospitality
  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Previous pharmacy call center experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience of 6+ months is a plus
