A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance creator engagement and retention in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-potential creators, supporting them in launching and growing their mobile apps
- Design onboarding flows to convert initial excitement into sustained traction and revenue
- Monitor creator health using metrics and proactively address potential churn by guiding creators through challenges
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years in a high-touch Customer Success or Creator Success role, preferably in SaaS or EdTech
- Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment
- Familiarity with lifecycle tools and customer data platforms
- Understanding of onboarding psychology and customer lifecycle metrics
- Strong project management skills for handling multiple creator engagements simultaneously
