Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- 2-4 years of related work experience in a call center or customer-focused environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and web applications
- Ability to type a minimum of 40+ wpm
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications is a plus
