Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Support Specialist to provide high-quality customer assistance remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other business units and contribute to the development of resources that support clients
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of a High School diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of related work experience in a call center or customer-focused environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows, MS Office Suite, and web applications
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40+ wpm
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications is a plus
