Automotive Diagnostic Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Automotive Diagnostic Technician (Remote Must live in the US).

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and support incoming appointments from brand customers regarding vehicle concerns
• Document and triage vehicle issues for resolution
• Coordinate and schedule appointments with dealerships on behalf of customers if troubleshooting is unsuccessful

Required Qualifications:

• High School Graduate (automotive technician or engineering bachelor's degree preferred)
• Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE)
• At least 3 years of automotive repair experience
• 1-3 years of experience with electrification, BEV, PHEV, or hybrid automotive systems preferred
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools and dealer information software
