Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Rep Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs patient registration and scheduling functions, obtaining insurance and demographic information
  • Obtains and verifies referral or insurance authorization/pre-certification approvals, explaining financial requirements to patients
  • Collaborates with staff from other departments to improve patient experience and escalates calls as necessary
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment required
  • Experience in handling patient information in a call center setting is a plus
  • Must reside in Colorado for this remote eligible position
