Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contact Center Rep Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs patient registration and scheduling functions, obtaining insurance and demographic information
- Obtains and verifies referral or insurance authorization/pre-certification approvals, explaining financial requirements to patients
- Collaborates with staff from other departments to improve patient experience and escalates calls as necessary
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment required
- Experience in handling patient information in a call center setting is a plus
- Must reside in Colorado for this remote eligible position
