A company is looking for a General Liability Claims Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims
- Identifies trends and issues, advising management on recommended actions and process improvements
- Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues regarding claims
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Six years of liability claims experience, including two years in a supervisory role
- Licenses required; Property & Casualty preferred
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- Professional certifications applicable to the line of business preferred
- Experience with Product Liability matters preferred
