- Complete live and historical data reviews with a detail-oriented approach
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in Investigations, Customer Support, or Hospitality related fields, or a strong academic record
- Understanding of the gig economy
- Ability to make critical and sensitive decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Availability for weekends, evenings, or holidays
