A company is looking for a VP of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer success function and drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives in Enterprise organizations
- Establish processes for onboarding, customer engagement, and retention while maintaining relationships with global Enterprise customers
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience and generate leads for renewals and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in VP of Customer Success roles, preferably in B2B SaaS companies
- Understanding of SaaS and Recurring Revenue Business Models
- Experience leading a Customer Success Team with a focus on Annual Recurring Revenue and Retention
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across multiple departments
- Strong people leadership and collaboration skills
