A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician - Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient/provider/customer care and participate in related activities
- Prepare, label, and manage inventory of medications and supplies
- Maintain pharmacy records and assist in training new personnel
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician within 2 years from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB or NHA)
- Entry-level experience in a pharmacy setting
- Basic computer literacy
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments and pharmaceutical names
