Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative to drive customer success and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound customer calls promptly and resolve service problems
  • Analyze customer contracts and billing issues to determine necessary actions
  • Track activity in Salesforce and process customer account adjustments
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, or inside sales
  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM solution is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a group environment
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
