A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative to drive customer success and build relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls promptly and resolve service problems
- Analyze customer contracts and billing issues to determine necessary actions
- Track activity in Salesforce and process customer account adjustments
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, customer success, or inside sales
- Self-motivated with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Experience using Salesforce or equivalent CRM solution is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a group environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills
