A company is looking for a Member Service Advisor I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service while identifying member needs and promoting products
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying member concerns and expediting corrections
- Perform member account maintenance and provide first-tier technical support for electronic services
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution
- Minimum 1 year of call center, sales, or similar experience
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations
