Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Customer Support Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese (and English, if applicable) via phone, email, and chat regarding orders, services, billing, or technical support
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce)
- Provide proactive and personalized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in customer contact roles (junior candidates with strong skills are welcome)
- Fluency in Portuguese at a native or professional level; proficiency in English or another EU language is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) or willingness to learn (training provided)
- Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace for remote work
