Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Success or Client Consulting roles focused on data/technology solutions
- Strong understanding of the data ecosystem and technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, and Tableau
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable insights and product improvements
- Experience in driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks is a plus
