A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager for the West region.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic and enterprise customers, ensuring they realize business value
- Own post-sales relationships and drive adoption, retention, and advocacy among senior stakeholders
- Translate business goals into actionable strategies and represent the voice of the customer to internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or related roles in SaaS or Enterprise software
- Proven ability to influence business decisions and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Experience with Enterprise customers in complex environments
- Familiarity with observability, APM, monitoring, or DevOps platforms
- Based in PST or MST time zones
