Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist (Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support for members via live chat, email, and phone calls
- Communicate effectively to address questions about products, services, and estate planning
- Identify and report bugs or negative experiences encountered by members
Required Qualifications
- Experience in delivering consumer experiences
- Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative environment
- Experience with technology tools, such as Zendesk and G-Suite
- Availability to work about 25 hours a week, including potential weekend hours
- Residing in specified states: CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, MD, NJ, NY, NC, PA, TX, VT
