Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of customer issues, triaging, investigating, and resolving complex requests
  • Escalate issues to the Engineering team and maintain communication with customers regarding progress
  • Create and manage Knowledge Base content while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a highly technical support role for enterprise customers
  • 3+ years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with CI/CD concepts, Linux, GitHub, Helm Charts, and Terraform
  • Startup experience is preferred
