Key Responsibilities
- Support customers with smart devices, account inquiries, and technical troubleshooting
- Engage with customers while retrieving information, documenting calls, and resolving issues across multiple systems
- Deliver tailored solutions in a semi-scripted environment using problem-solving skills
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Tech-savvy with a passion for helping people
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
- Must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma/GED and able to pass assessments
