Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Care Navigator for ABA services, remote (PA/NJ/DE).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide information to members and providers regarding Autism, ABA, and mental health benefits
- Make outreach calls to educate member families and coordinate care management needs
- Collaborate with network providers for appropriate referrals and support care transitions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related healthcare field
- Three or more years of experience in a healthcare or managed care setting
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and data processing
- Basic understanding of diagnostic requirements and medical comorbidities
- Experience making referrals for testing
