Patient Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls (cold calling) to families provided by contracted health plans
• Explain services and schedule initial telehealth appointments
• Accurately document all interactions in various internal systems

Qualifications

• Experience in patient outreach, call centers, scheduling, or healthcare navigation
• Lived experience as a caregiver for a child or loved one with complex medical needs
• Reliable internet and a quiet, private home workspace
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week during business hours, Monday-Friday
• This position is open to U.S. citizens legally authorized to work in the United States
