Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls (cold calling) to families provided by contracted health plans
- Explain services and schedule initial telehealth appointments
- Accurately document all interactions in various internal systems
Qualifications
- Experience in patient outreach, call centers, scheduling, or healthcare navigation
- Lived experience as a caregiver for a child or loved one with complex medical needs
- Reliable internet and a quiet, private home workspace
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week during business hours, Monday-Friday
- This position is open to U.S. citizens legally authorized to work in the United States
