Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma; bachelor's degree is a plus
  • At least one year of experience in insurance operations
  • Proficient in using various web-based systems
  • Experience in medical/insurance customer service is preferred
  • Background in social work or behavioral health is advantageous
