Key Responsibilities

- Participate in a comprehensive 5-week training orientation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree is a plus
- At least one year of experience in insurance operations
- Proficient in using various web-based systems
- Experience in medical/insurance customer service is preferred
- Background in social work or behavioral health is advantageous
