A company is looking for a Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient accounts from initial contact through final approval or denial
- Resolve patient inquiries and provide support regarding their journey status
- Enter accurate information into the customer relationship management platform and maintain quality during patient interactions
Required Qualifications
- High School education required
- 2-4 years of related customer-facing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly preferred
- Knowledge of insurance billing methods and general pharmacy operations is a plus
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM and navigate various software programs
