Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Air Specialized Travel Consultant to deliver exceptional travel service experiences for corporate business customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end booking process for group air travel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Provide exceptional traveler care and support, setting a positive tone for the traveler's experience
• Resolve customer issues quickly and independently while collaborating with team members to meet client needs

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as an international corporate travel consultant
• Excellent recent SABRE skills
• Strong service focus and customer orientation for high-end, VIP travelers
• Knowledgeable of international fares, exchanges, refunds, scripts, and ticketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and multitask effectively
