Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from clients and representatives regarding questions and report status
- Utilize systems to enter and retrieve client information, maintaining contact with the QA department
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and assisting in resolution of customer complaints
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of clerical experience preferred, with experience in a medical office or insurance industry being a plus
- Must possess knowledge of general computer and office equipment
- Typing speed of at least 40 W.P.M. is required
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
