Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide support to members regarding their health care needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing and payment inquiries
  • Process adjustments, refunds, and resolve complex billing issues
  • Maintain tracking logs of escalated patient correspondence and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical or call center setting
  • Experience handling a high volume of calls
  • Ability to commit to full-time attendance during the training period
