A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide support to members regarding their health care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of calls from patients regarding billing and payment inquiries
- Process adjustments, refunds, and resolve complex billing issues
- Maintain tracking logs of escalated patient correspondence and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of customer service experience or relevant experience in a medical or call center setting
- Experience handling a high volume of calls
- Ability to commit to full-time attendance during the training period
