Payroll Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to assist customers with the utilization and optimization of iSolved software.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound application and functional support for iSolved HCM solutions via various communication methods
• Participate in Level 1 Support phone and video call queue to assist clients as needed
• Maintain accurate customer files and document all communications

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent educational experience
• Minimum of 2 years of payroll experience
• Experience in supporting HCM solutions, including Payroll, or web-based applications
• CPP, FPC, or CEBS certification is desirable
