A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Claims Collector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with insurance companies to identify the reasons for claim denials or non-payments
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation to resolve claim issues
  • Maintain records and follow up until payment is received or all recourse is exhausted
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in medical insurance billing and claims follow-up
  • Ability to work from a quiet and private workspace
  • High-speed internet connection meeting specified requirements
  • Residency in one of the specified states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA
  • Technical requirements must be met prior to the first day of training
