A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager - Onboarding & Success (Spanish Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead onboarding for new hires on the Onboarding and Customer Success teams
- Create role-based playbooks and enablement packages for ongoing training
- Leverage data to inform training development and manage change communications for post-sale teams
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Enablement role with post-sales teams
- Experience in building playbooks and developing post-sale strategies
- Familiarity with tools like Salesloft, Salesforce, and Highspot
- Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure
- Fluency in verbal and written communication in Spanish
