GTM Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager - Onboarding & Success (Spanish Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead onboarding for new hires on the Onboarding and Customer Success teams
• Create role-based playbooks and enablement packages for ongoing training
• Leverage data to inform training development and manage change communications for post-sale teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Enablement role with post-sales teams
• Experience in building playbooks and developing post-sale strategies
• Familiarity with tools like Salesloft, Salesforce, and Highspot
• Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in Spanish
