Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
- 1+ year of prior people management experience
- 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service Center Team Lead role or equivalent
- Thorough knowledge of email, internet browsers, and Google platform
