Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • 1+ year of prior people management experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a Customer Service Center Team Lead role or equivalent
  • Thorough knowledge of email, internet browsers, and Google platform
