Corporate Travel Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant - Air Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Service incoming calls from consumers and travel agents, offering flight options and accurate pricing
• Book air travel in GDS, assist passengers with seat preferences, and update itineraries
• Respond to inquiries via email and GDS queues within service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Sabre experience with booking and ticketing duties
• Other GDS experience is helpful
• Working knowledge of airline and industry policies
• Strong Microsoft skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Flexible schedule with shifts Monday through Friday between 9:00am-8:00pm EST
