  • Drive customer adoption, renewal, and expansion of software use and licenses
  • Develop training materials and provide feedback to the product team based on customer experiences
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in cyber intelligence, automation, or defense roles
  • Enterprise experience with high value accounts
  • Strong technical background with familiarity in cyber analyst roles
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and executive stakeholders
