Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Customer Success Program Specialist to enhance customer engagement through digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement proactive digital programs to maximize customer value from solutions
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs and automated adoption campaigns for new customers
  • Monitor customer usage data to identify churn risks and launch targeted engagement campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience with digital customer success and communication tools, such as Eloqua and Gainsight
  • Proven ability to create and implement customer engagement programs
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
