Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver onboarding programs and automated adoption campaigns for new customers

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with digital customer success and communication tools, such as Eloqua and Gainsight
- Proven ability to create and implement customer engagement programs
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
