A company is looking for an Information Associate to provide customer service and manage requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and evaluate requests through various communication channels and determine appropriate actions
- Monitor facility controls and alarms, ensuring proper communication for resolutions
- Facilitate key sign-out/in, distribution of access cards, and issue temporary identification cards as needed
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in customer service or communications, including analyzing and interpreting information
- Six months of experience in operating computers and related peripheral equipment
- Three months of experience in information research and analysis
