Job Summary

A company is looking for a Helpdesk Support Engineer to provide frontline technical assistance to users within the Databricks environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve user-reported issues related to Databricks notebooks, clusters, jobs, and workspace access
  • Troubleshoot job failures, performance bottlenecks, and data ingestion errors
  • Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with external tools
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a helpdesk engineer
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, Databricks, databases, and data warehouses
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and VPN configurations
  • Ability to support a remote team
