A company is looking for a Helpdesk Support Engineer to provide frontline technical assistance to users within the Databricks environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve user-reported issues related to Databricks notebooks, clusters, jobs, and workspace access
- Troubleshoot job failures, performance bottlenecks, and data ingestion errors
- Collaborate with data engineers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with external tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a helpdesk engineer
- Familiarity with cloud computing, Databricks, databases, and data warehouses
- Experience with remote desktop tools and VPN configurations
- Ability to support a remote team
