A company is looking for a Complaint Analyst II to support the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Drug Price Negotiation Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and categorize complaint and dispute data, prioritizing cases based on severity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complaints, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
- Maintain confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA and CMS data protection requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of healthcare experience
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office product suite
- Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations
- Experience evaluating healthcare data, including prescription drug claims
