Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complaint Analyst II to support the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Drug Price Negotiation Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and categorize complaint and dispute data, prioritizing cases based on severity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complaints, identify trends, and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA and CMS data protection requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of healthcare experience
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office product suite
  • Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations
  • Experience evaluating healthcare data, including prescription drug claims
