Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager for the Food & Beverage+ verticals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own relationships with new and existing customers, guiding them through onboarding, integration, and renewals
  • Build trusted partnerships by managing account health, identifying risks, and strengthening post-sale relationships
  • Collaborate with customers to create strategic plans that align solutions with their business needs and track success against KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector
  • Strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce, Catalyst, or related CRM tools
  • Knowledge of the Food & Beverage digital technology ecosystem is a plus
  • Experience in defining and evolving systems and processes to optimize efficiency in Customer Success and Sales
