Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Support Specialist (Part Time).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support for members through live chat, email, and phone calls
- Communicate effectively to address questions regarding products and estate planning
- Identify and report issues or bugs encountered by members to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Experience in delivering exceptional consumer experiences
- Self-motivated with a passion for creative problem-solving
- Familiarity with technology tools such as Zendesk and G-Suite
- Ability to work approximately 25 hours a week, including potential weekend hours
- Residence in specified states: CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, MD, NJ, NY, NC, PA, TX, VT
