Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in EHR/Healthcare technology managing customer relationships
  • Strong work ethic with a process-driven and results-oriented approach
  • Experience with CRM systems; Gainsight is a plus
  • Ability to learn new technologies and communicate effectively with diverse customer expertise levels
  • Highly dependable and professional demeanor
