Key Responsibilities
- Own ongoing client relationships and act as a trusted thought partner
- Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences throughout their lifecycle
- Monitor account health and lead initiatives for client growth, satisfaction, and retention
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in EHR/Healthcare technology managing customer relationships
- Strong work ethic with a process-driven and results-oriented approach
- Experience with CRM systems; Gainsight is a plus
- Ability to learn new technologies and communicate effectively with diverse customer expertise levels
- Highly dependable and professional demeanor
