Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding and implementation of Ramp for public sector customers, ensuring compliance with government requirements
- Partner with multiple departments to align Ramp with organizational objectives and drive adoption
- Act as a strategic consultant, advising on best practices and workflow optimization for public sector clients
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in implementation or engagement management in a B2B SaaS or public sector technology company
- Strong program/project management skills, particularly in complex technology deployments
- Ability to navigate public procurement processes and manage long sales/adoption cycles
- High adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Experience working with public sector organizations and managing relationships with various stakeholders
