Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer health by understanding workflows and maximizing software value
- Provide user communications and onboarding to facilitate product activation
- Support account expansion by identifying opportunities and collaborating with the sales team
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of meeting goals
- Experience supporting SaaS software is preferred but not required
- Interest or experience in GovTech, floodplain management, GIS/mapping, or project management for government clients
- Ability to work comfortably in a high degree of ambiguity
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality in customer engagement
