Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to advocate for partner communities and enhance their experience with the software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer health by understanding workflows and maximizing software value
  • Provide user communications and onboarding to facilitate product activation
  • Support account expansion by identifying opportunities and collaborating with the sales team
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of meeting goals
  • Experience supporting SaaS software is preferred but not required
  • Interest or experience in GovTech, floodplain management, GIS/mapping, or project management for government clients
  • Ability to work comfortably in a high degree of ambiguity
  • Detail-oriented and committed to quality in customer engagement
