Activations Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Activations Technician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete activations for external customers, including new installs and disconnects
• Partner with departments to troubleshoot customer activation issues
• Manage assigned queues and maintain service level objectives

Required Qualifications

• Telecommunications or related field of study/work
• Minimum of 1 certification in telecom or networking fields
• Fundamental knowledge of the OSI model and Ethernet
• Exposure to network design and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, ISP)
• Availability for overnight maintenance with vendors as needed
