A company is looking for a Membership Administrator I - III, DOE.
Key Responsibilities
- Process enrollment applications and maintain account changes for individuals and groups
- Provide customer service through written correspondence and phone inquiries, ensuring member confidentiality
- Perform eligibility and reconciliation tasks, including generating billings and monitoring aged accounts
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- One year of accounts receivable or customer billing experience for Membership Administrator I
- One year of experience as Membership Administrator I for Membership Administrator II
- 18 months of experience as Membership Administrator II for Membership Administrator III
- Equivalent combination of education and job-related work experience may be accepted
