Job Summary

A company is looking for a Membership Administrator I - III, DOE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process enrollment applications and maintain account changes for individuals and groups
  • Provide customer service through written correspondence and phone inquiries, ensuring member confidentiality
  • Perform eligibility and reconciliation tasks, including generating billings and monitoring aged accounts
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • One year of accounts receivable or customer billing experience for Membership Administrator I
  • One year of experience as Membership Administrator I for Membership Administrator II
  • 18 months of experience as Membership Administrator II for Membership Administrator III
  • Equivalent combination of education and job-related work experience may be accepted
