Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex inquiries from callers and contact center agents
- Take ownership of calls escalating beyond contact center agents
- Manage escalation log to ensure timely follow-up
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in a call center or equivalent customer service position
- Experience with escalated or supervisory phone calls strongly preferred
- Ability to proof-read and edit written responses resulting in no spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors
