Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager (West Coast).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships and manage service-related communications
- Oversee the successful onboarding of new accounts and drive Continuous Service Improvement programs
- Conduct service performance reviews and manage incident responses across multiple customers
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 5 - 7 years of management experience in a similar or related field
- Possess ITIL Certifications
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) is preferred
- Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets driving privileges standards
