Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant/Production Partner who must reside in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless loan experience
• Track and manage loan pipelines, providing regular updates to team members
• Assist in loan processing by reviewing applications, gathering documents, and preparing files for submission

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NMLS license
• 3+ years of residential lending experience, including knowledge of various loan products
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with mortgage software such as SimpleNexus, Optimal Blue, and Encompass is a plus
• Must reside in Arizona
